K-One Method: Corner Plate and H Steel Plate Method

This is an introduction to the construction method for substructures using materials suitable for U columns, H-shaped steel, and other steel frameworks!

We would like to introduce our "Corner Plate and H Steel Plate Construction Method." This method is a substrate assembly technique suitable for steel frame substrates such as U columns and H-shaped steel. It is a revolutionary lightweight steel one-touch substrate material that allows for free selection of design and aesthetics, developed as a framing method. 【Features of the K-One Method】 ■ Shortened construction period ■ Completely dry method ■ Significant condensation prevention effect ■ Free adjustment of wall thickness ■ Freedom in curved processing of the substrate *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

SC plate method (Type F)

A tunnel collapse prevention method that simply fixes a resin board with anchors.

The "SC Plate Method (Type F)" is a construction method primarily used for preventing spalling at the joints of tunnel linings where there is water leakage. By simply attaching a resin board, which is similar to insulation material, with anchors, it is possible to implement measures against spalling and prevent icicles in cold regions. 【Features】 - The board is lightweight, making installation easy. - It has moderate flexibility, allowing good conformity to the tunnel lining surface. - It can be easily cut, allowing for notching on-site. - The board is alkali-resistant (pH 14, 30-day immersion), eliminating concerns about deterioration due to efflorescence. - The addition of non-combustible paper improves flame resistance and self-extinguishing properties. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
